1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Juicy Player (the desktop application) or Juicy Remoter (the mobile remote application) (collectively, the "Software"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Software.

2. License

Juicy Player is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. You may install and use the Software on your own devices. You may not:

• Sell, sublicense, or redistribute the Software for commercial purposes;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except where permitted by applicable law;
• Use the Software for any unlawful purpose.

3. Content & Copyright

The Software is a music player: it plays audio files that you already own or have the right to play. Juicy Player does not provide, download, or stream any music content. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of audio content complies with applicable copyright laws.

4. Remote Control Feature

Juicy Remoter controls Juicy Player over your local network. Both devices must be connected to the same Wi-Fi or LAN. You are responsible for the security of your own local network.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the authors of Juicy Player shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues, arising from your use of or inability to use the Software.

7. Changes to the Software & Terms

We may update the Software or these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
